I called to ask why so only have one sticker on my dashboard as I was missing my emissions one. Spoke with service team and they informed me my car doesn’t need emissions as it is a 2025 Diesel however I was charged for the service. No refund was offered just a credit which doesn’t make sense to me. Why can I not be refunded?
