It's always a Great experience but the time you drop the car off to the time you pick it up first class service

As usual, my service experience at Bergeys was top notch. I was checked in quickly, and it was all wrapped up in a very timely manner. My advisor was friendly and eager to help.

Outstanding experience with my salesman Kevin Wylie, he was highly knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process very smooth.

Jim Brody was a pleasure to work with! He answered all of our questions. He was very enthusiastic when showing us different vehicles. I would be more than happy to work with him again in the future.

The service department addressed my concerns and the technician resolved everything. I was very pleased and satisfied with the outcome. One thing to note is by end of the day I had to reach out to the service department an update and learned my car would need to stay another day and wait for parts that were ordered. I asked about a loaner and none were available so this put me in a bit of a pickle as I had an appointment the next day. Luckily my husband could take me. Otherwise everything went smoothly.
